A school born from a simple belief
Every child deserves the high quality of early education that children in the world's best school systems receive. Pagus exists to make that real.
Why we built Pagus
The early years of children shape everything — how they think, how they relate to others, how they handle challenge, and whether they grow up curious or anxious. These years build the architecture for focus, emotional resilience, social understanding, and a love of learning that no amount of later schooling can easily undo.
Yet most early education still defaults to memorisation and compliance — a model that was never designed for young children. It doesn't just fail to develop them; it actively works against them. Children taught to sit still and repeat answers learn to fear being wrong. They learn that school is something to endure, not explore.
We looked at what actually works. Countries like Finland, Singapore, and New Zealand consistently raise children who are more curious, more resilient, and better prepared for life — not by pushing academics early, but by investing deeply in play, nature, emotional safety, and child-led discovery.
What we stand for
Rooted in Community
The word Pagus means a village — a place of belonging. We believe children flourish when they feel part of something larger than themselves.
Whole-Child Development
Academic readiness is one part of growing up. We nurture emotional intelligence, physical confidence, creativity, and social bonds equally.
Globally Informed
We study what works in Finland, Singapore, and New Zealand — and adapt those ideas to our children, our culture, and our community.
Family as Partners
Parents are not visitors here. They are collaborators. We keep families deeply informed and genuinely involved.
Come and see it for yourself
We welcome parents for a school visit. Walk through our spaces, meet our teachers, and ask us anything.
